Boought 9 shares at $362 will exit $378 Google down 4-5% today , glad I sold out at $375 2 days back will re enter now however will only do it as a quick swing trade happy if I make $100 profit , it all adds up

Can I please ask if you sell shares in your invest account, at what point are you supposed to pay tax on it. Is it immediately you sell or only if you withdraw?
