It appears to me as you have a large concentration in tech. You also only have exposure to the US

I suggest adding more SCHD to balance out your high beta portfolio. This will smooth out the ride and reduce the overall tech exposure. Sure tech is hot right now but like all other sectors it'll come down at some point. Since tech is high beta when it does drop it'll come hard and fast

As for international exposure I suggest looking at $VXUS

I always suggest that people should have the lion's shares of their portfolio in low cost index funds such as SCHD and VXUS as mentioned. If you really must have individual stocks then I suggest a maximum of 10% of your portfolio. There's an abundance of research showing over the long term almost no one beats buying an index. This includes fund managers with some of the smartest brains in the world and the most powerful computers. So if they can't do it what makes you think you can? Food for thought

A sample portfolio I'd suggest based on your holdings would be

30% VOO
20% SCHD
40% VXUS
10% individual stocks (maximum 10 holdings at 1% each)

Something like this gives you a solid foundation of low cost index funds covering markets from the US and abroad while giving you 10% of your portfolio to have fun with whatever. Just expect this 10% to underperform compared to the rest

I’ve got to agree with Clantosa and Moe concerning international exposure.
$VXUS was mentioned by Clantosa and I think that’s a great idea. I’ve also been enjoying my position in $SCHY. If you’re liking the results of SCHD you may want to consider SCHY.

I would consider adding adding exposure outside US I agree with that advice , otherwise I think you’re doing a great job… energy exposure I believe will payoff balance of year and UNH is a great company and doing a phenomenal job turning things around from a dramatic fall they went through

You’re off to a great start! My main advice is to review and optimize your stock picking criteria. Why did you choose these stocks? Be intentional with your strategy. Also, some of the allocations are too small to make a difference. If you’re going to buy & hold, I would evaluate each stock’s performance over the last 3 to 5 years and consolidate into the winners. If you’re going to occasionally trade, use a shorter time span and monitor their performance. Trends change and individual stocks can be tricky. Use ETFs for your core portfolio and to stay diversified. Investing is a life-long process of discovery and self-education. Enjoy the journey. 👍
