$VOO 40% $SPMO 40% $VGT 20% Should I change anything?

Lots of overlap there. A question to ask yourself: If investing in a growth ETF that focuses on the S&P 500 ($SPMO), why also include $VOO, which is the same thing, except without the discernment and growth trajectory of $SPMO? Also, the entire portfolio is US equities. Some diversification into Canada and or other countries would complement it well.
