I know comments are mostly negative online when it is about Real Estate but the U.S. housing market currently has 51% more sellers than active buyers. Buyers have options & currently have massive leverage to negotiate lower prices and better deals. 🇺🇸

The gap has been widening for years and it doesnt seem to have affected prices or sales yet. Maybe the continued pressure will cause some relief eventually?
