I’m currently up $4,000 (+3.88%) today, bringing the portfolio to a new level.
I’m also sitting at $16,369 in margin debt. Based on my estimated investment income of ~$37,000/year, I’m on track to wipe out that margin well under a year while continuing to build my portfolio.
The goal isn’t just a big portfolio, it’s building a system where the income generated by the portfolio can eventually fund the next stage of growth.
