In my Roth I got: VTI, SCHG, AVUV, O, SMH and just VTI in my individual. Trying to retire at 45 and invest 2k a month. Goal is 100k investment portfolio before I move out of my parents house.

Don't put everything in your Roth or you can't retire until the government tells you! Age 59.5

Pretty amazing and rational portfolio. Great job! I would disagree you need international. No need to dedicate space to mediocre returns as VTI gives you plenty of international exposure. Skip it, or limit to 5-8%. I donβt think O serves any purpose at your age either. Save that for 5 years before retirement. REITs are generally going to return 6-8% over time and youβll far surpass that with your VTI, which already holds the reits for you at 3-5%-ish. AVUV is an exceptional pick!!! This is the greatest returning sector of all-time over the long haul. Sneaky brilliant!! If you really want dividends just to tap into that game then go with a combo of DGRO, CGDV, CGDG, or VIG paired with SCHD. Of course my opinions. The portfolio looks good.

Missing international exposure. Other than that, it's looking pretty good π
