Saw a couple posts about Blossom PRO+, the new subscription tier we added last week which gives unlimited Beevis usage. To share some context, Beevis (Blossom’s AI) is a new feature we added to PRO ~3 months ago for free. To run Beevis, Blossom has to pay Claude/Open AI token costs which are costly. For users with very high Beevis usage, these token costs were costing us more than the PRO subscription. So that we aren’t losing money on your PRO subscription, we introduced a PRO+ tier which should impact <10% of PRO users I saw one person calling this ‘greedy’ but I think everyone can hopefully understand why we can’t lose money on a PRO subscription 😅 I tried to explain this in the PRO+ pop-up but I guess it wasn't prominent enough, will make sure to call that out more explicitly next time Hope that makes sense! Thanks for being transparent, it makes sense, if someone is using AI a ton and costing more then the subscriptions itself...well no one wants to be losing money at the end of the day. We are all investors and we should all understand that haha. Keep up the good work 👏

Any chance we can get a retirement topic for the 3 percent of us that remember what life was like without the internet? Right now posting pension math next to the younger generation that holds crypto for a 100x return in 2045 is like bringing a knife to a gun fight. My investment time line isn't 20 years its when me knees start clicking. You could call it Metamucil and Market Volatility.

People just want everything to be free. Free is a marketing strategy, folks. A business has to make money, and that's just that. I'm not sure why people think so negatively about money, especially on a social investing app. If you don't like something, then don't buy it, folks. No one is holding gun to head. It's that simple.

The person who is greedy is the one who wants goods and services for free. Everything cost money and if you're not willing to pay then you're the greedy one
