My favorite stock opportunities are usually somewhere in the middle. I am not only looking for perfect companies. Perfect companies usually come with extremely high expectations. I am also not interested in businesses that are completely broken just because the stock looks cheap. I look for companies where the market sees real problems, but the business still has a believable path to improve. $ADBE โ AI fears, but a deeply embedded product ecosystem. $SNAP โ Weak monetization, but a massive and engaged user base. $CELH โ Slowing growth concerns, but plenty of room to expand internationally. $NKE โ Poor execution, but one of the strongest brands in the world. These are not automatically buys. But when a good business has fixable problems and expectations are already low, the risk-reward can become very interesting.
