SPMO all day, every day. It has outperformed the other 2 by a considerable amount over the past 5 years. (Close to 2x the return of VOO) Plus they re-balance twice a year. However....although QQQM wasn't around 10 years ago, QQQ was, and it returned slightly more over the 10 year mark.

Between these three funds my picks would be: VOO - traditional IRA SPMO - Roth IRA My personal preference outside of these etfs though would be $VFMO, $AVUV, and $VUG
