Goldman Sachs to buy NEOS

$GSGoldman Sachs announced an agreement to acquire NEOS Investments, for as much as $2.25 billion in a cash-and-equity deal.
The transaction will add around 19 active ETFs and roughly $30 billion in assets under management

I dislike this move. I like more competition and innovation. This has lead to better funds and more options for investors meaning you have to be better to get customers. Consolidation never leads to better outcomes in my experience. TappAlpha may be the next one to go by GS competition. Time will tell
