Ideally, as rule of thumb one should aim to buy when the price is lower, avoiding buying at 52week high. In the case specific of $HHIS it is in a good price, and although it is a well know ETF, from a reputable company and one of the top holdings in the Blossom community. You may wish to check it is underlying stocks and make sure you are 100% comfortable with them and how they are performing- most of them are negative in YTD. - an ETF performance is dependent on it asserts. All that said, I personally love $HHIS and believe that it is underlying stocks will recover and perform well in a long term.

I personally wouldn't touch $HHIS or any CC ETF's for that matter, but I know that's unpopular with most on Blossom...
