Hidden value
Ever go through your house and realize all the junk that's sitting around? That junk is actually worth something that's why people have garage sales. I just went through my junk and found about $1500 worth of value just sitting there never being used. I got on market place and started listing things. So far I've already sold $1200 worth of items.
