Make it simple

If I had to start over my investment journey from scratch , here is how I would allocate my portfolio fund.

1) - Open a taxable brokerage account with Vanguard
2) - Setup an automatic weekly/bi-weekly investment .

1. VOO : Vanguard S&P500 ETF = 25%
2. VGT : Vanguard Information Technology = 25%
3. VYM : Vanguard HDY ETF = 25%
4. VXUS = Vanguard International ETF = 25%

3) Set and forget it.
