I think the market is focusing on the WRONG thing with a lot of these companies: $UBER Market: Autonomous vehicles could destroy Uber. Me: Uber could become the largest distribution platform for autonomous vehicles. $AMZN Market: AI spending is crushing free cash flow. Me: Amazon is building enormous AI capacity while AWS is accelerating, giving it the opportunity to monetize that infrastructure repeatedly through cloud, AI services and its own chips. $AMD Market: How much GPU share can AMD take from Nvidia? Me: AMD is building toward entire rack-scale AI systems across GPUs, CPUs, networking and software. $SOFI Market: It’s still primarily a lender. Me: Lending is becoming one piece of a much larger financial platform built around deposits, investing, credit cards, payments and fee-based businesses. $NOW Market: Traditional enterprise software growth has to slow. Me: ServiceNow AI already crossed $1B in ACV while the company is positioning itself as the control layer for enterprise AI. $BN Market: Complicated asset manager. Me: One of the companies best positioned to finance, build and own the power and infrastructure needed for the AI buildout. Sometimes the biggest opportunities come from realizing the market is asking the wrong question.
