Thoughts on my Portfolio
33 y/o M. I’m new to the game. Started serious investing earlier this year. I have an IRA through work with employer match. I’m contributing up to the employer match. My other accounts are a Brokerage, Roth IRA and HSA. I have a long time horizon. I plan to invest for about 30 years.
For the Roth, I am invested in the following ETFs: SPYM (S&P 500), QQQM (Growth), SPMO (Momentum growth), VGT (Tech growth), VXUS (International exposure/ diversification), SCHD (Dividends), and SMH (semiconductor growth). I know there is a lot of overlap with the growth ETFs and S&P 500. Would you recommend exchanging SPYM with VTI (total US market) for better diversification? Or eliminate a growth ETF? I was also considering investing in DRAM (AI memory). Is this too many ETFs for one account?
For the HSA, I am invested in only FXAIX and SCHD. Should I just keep that account simple?
I was planning on making a good base with ETFs then adding individual stocks. Does this seem reasonable? Thanks for your advice!
