One part of the $ZETA thesis I don’t see discussed enough: International expansion. Roughly 91% of Zeta revenue still comes from the United States. That means only about 9% comes from the rest of the world. And Zeta is already growing incredibly fast with that geographic concentration. The Marigold Enterprise acquisition gives Zeta a much larger footprint across EMEA and an entry point into APAC, while also bringing more global enterprise customers onto the platform. Management has also talked about international growth improving as more multinational customers expand their relationship with Zeta outside the U.S. I don’t expect international to become a huge percentage of revenue overnight. But that’s exactly what makes this interesting. $ZETA has built a fast-growing business while barely scratching the surface internationally. If they can successfully replicate even part of their U.S. success overseas, that could become a meaningful additional growth driver over the next several years.
