$SPCX$SPCX is now officially below it’s IPO price of $135. It reached $225.64 at it’s peak, meaning it would be down roughly 37% from ATH. On my TikTok I talked about how I think this would happen based on other IPO’s and I was spot on. FOMO is a portfolio killer, always do your research and build conviction in a position before putting your money in to it. I think SpaceX is a solid company, however, I can’t justify their market cap. What do you think? PS. If you own $XEQT$VEQT$ZNQ$QQC, you are a SpaceX investor by default :)

The mistake investors made was trusting the hard $135 IPO share price set by the underwriters based on Elon's mandate, at least IMO... I believe Elon took advantage of his adoring fans, knowing they'd invest at just about any valuation. Fair values are subjective, but my fair value says $SPCX is still substantially overvalued and it's a no touch from me. FWIW... I've been burned too many times as a newbie retailer this year to want anything to do with it. But what I think people who want in should be watching for is the dates when a new escape hatch opens up for the various early investors whose ability to flee the IPO unlocks. I know because it's memorable that Sept. 11 is 90 days after the IPO. That will be a day to watch for an entry dip, if you're sure this thing has legs long-term. (Alternately, people who are looking to short it will want to circle that on their calendar too.)
