The fund seeks to provide shareholders with long-term capital appreciation through purchasing and holding common stock of AMD, including by using leverage using cash borrowing to purchase common stock of AMD and distributions by writing covered call options and/or cash covered put options on a portion of the fund's portfolio. In order to achieve its investment objectives, AMD (AMD) Yield Shares Purpose ETF will purchase and hold up to 100% of its total assets (including assets acquired with borrowings) in common stock of AMD.
