Allow your portfolio to grow into your ideal dividend yield by purchasing appreciating assets. Dont chase yield but let yield chase you! Appreciating assets receive dividend increases. This maybe repetitive but I have 4 screen shot examples with an average YOC of 15.26% Assets purchased between 18 months to 3 yrs. If you have to support your asset NAV by purchasing more, You hold the wrong asset. If your overall NAV is negative, re-asses your portfolio makeup and adjust accordingly.
