5 ETFs Positioned To Build & Lead The Future Of AI
We’re seeing everyone talk about AI, power, space, and robotics… but it can be overwhelming trying to figure out which individual stocks to buy. If I were building my first $100K portfolio using a simple dollar-cost averaging strategy, these are the ETFs I’d focus on. $DRAM — Invests in memory chip companies. AI models need massive amounts of fast memory to run. As models get bigger, demand for high-bandwidth memory explodes. Top holdings: Micron, SK Hynix, Samsung. Catalyst: HBM supply can’t keep up with hyperscaler orders. $NLR — Invests in nuclear energy stocks and uranium miners. AI data centers need always-on power that solar and wind can’t reliably provide. Nuclear is the only clean baseload solution at scale. Top holdings: Cameco, NuScale, Constellation Energy. Catalyst: Government contracts and tech company nuclear deals accelerating. $NASA — Invests in space economy companies. Satellites are becoming critical infrastructure for communications, defense, and internet access. Top holdings: Rocket Lab, Space X, Planet Labs. Catalyst: Government and commercial launch demand hitting record pace. $HUMN — Invests in humanoid robotics and physical AI companies. Labor shortages and manufacturing reshoring are forcing companies to automate. Top holdings: Tesla, Symbotic, Intuitive Surgical. Catalyst: First commercial humanoid deployments happening now. $EUV — Invests in semiconductor equipment makers. Every advanced chip on earth requires EUV lithography machines to manufacture. Top holdings: ASML, Lumentum, Lam Research. Catalyst: High-NA EUV upgrade cycle just beginning across all major chipmakers. $SMH— Invests broadly across the semiconductor industry. Chips are the foundation of AI, cloud, and every modern device. Top holdings: NVIDIA, TSMC, ASML. Catalyst: AI infrastructure buildout driving the biggest chip demand cycle in history. $GRID — Invests in electricity grid and power infrastructure companies. Data centers are straining power grids built decades ago. Massive upgrades are legally and economically inevitable. Top holdings: Eaton, Quanta Services, NEE. Catalyst: $1T+ in grid investment planned across North America and Europe. Always do your research

Would be nice to see an ETF that holds them all

I have SMH (semiconductors), ARTY (Future AI and Tech) and BOTZ (Robotics and AI). They cover different parts of high tech and AI. Not too much overlap in holdings.

Any Canadian ones?

I am not going to be buying semi conductor or memory chip stocks at this point. I sold positions already. Too close to the top of the cycle I don’t want to be a 5-7 year bag holder.
