Avoid Nike $NKE like the plague. I even posted it on this very platform to spread the word. Some people listened. Others did not yield the warning. A matter of fact some people listened to finfluencers saying it was a buy and/or retail investors with an iffy track record of investing if one at all… Takeaway? BE CAREFUL WHO YOU LISTEN TO AND WHAT YOU’RE investing in. You can make your money back, sure, but why lose it in the first place, especially on $NKE 🤔

It’s easy to look at the past and interpret it as something more than luck. Unless someone thinks of themselves as Warren Buffet (and even he was talking about survivorship bias, and luck wearing skill’s clothes), we should recognize the role of luck in our successes and tone the Ego down accordingly, and the over-confidence on the next move.

Ha! You're opening yourself up to getting attacked on here. I said before that I am a huge consumer of athletic equipment and apparel and found that Nike equipment is just mediocre. And a zillion people attacked me and said it doesn't matter how shit their products are, only the financials. 😜
