Has anyone had their Arc shares replaced by Shell? Received cash on September 8 on WS, but not Shell shares.

For informations, today I contacted WS again about this they sent me this email to recap and to follow up. During the discussion WS said: "The Shell portion of the ARC Resources (ARX) merger was issued as a statement/certificate because Wealthsimple does not currently support trading in London-listed Shell shares. We are still waiting to receive the physical certificate from our third-party provider. Once it arrives, we will facilitate the deposit and conversion into shares eligible for over-the-counter (OTC) trading; these will remain in the same account where your ARX shares were held. We do not yet have a confirmed timeline for receiving the certificate, so this process could take longer than a few days. No action is required on your part at this time. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information and can proceed with the next steps. Based on similar past events, receiving the physical certificate can take at least a month or more. However, we do not yet have a confirmed timeline for this event."

Also apparently with TD I’ll receive OTCMKTS: RYDAF instead of SHEL adr trade on NYSE, which I don’t love.
