Is there any particular reason for choosing $SCHD over $SCHG? I am not close to retirement, so in my portfolios that hold either of these 2, it's predominantly $SCHG of the 2. Sure the quarterly payout is less on G over D, but the growth over time is way more important to me presently. After getting closer to retirement, I'll swap out G for D.
