It’s been a good week and an even better month. Last month, my portfolio returned 11.69%, compared with the S&P 500’s -0.36%. This week, my portfolio returned 2.04%, compared with the S&P 500’s -0.22%, an outperformance of about 2.27% for the week. Year to date, my portfolio is beating the S&P 500 by 43.37%. My trailing yield is now 38.52%, with a 45.36% yield on cost. $VGTX launches this week, and I plan to buy it. Right now, I hold $CHPY, $GPTY , $YRAM and $DRMY My portfolio continues to benefit from the outperformance in semiconductors, AI, and memory. I know not many ultra high yield investors are pulling this off, but it is possible when market conditions cooperate, and right now, they certainly are. There may be dips along the way, but I do not expect this strategy to stop working anytime soon. I’m steadily inching toward my income goal. Once I reach it, you’ll start seeing new strategies added to the portfolio. Fortunately, those strategies have already been tested to an extent. I also manage my parents’ retirement portfolios, much more conservatively of course, and they have been blowing the market out of the water with a different income focused strategy. Whether my portfolio ends October up or down, it will still be a great month. Why? Because I am hoping Florida finally cools off. I’m sick of this humidity. Oh, and the portfolio performance over the past month has been pretty cool too. Sorry, I got off track for a second. Follow my page to see how the portfolio continues to perform. Will it have explosive performance? It will. The real question is, will it be a good explosion or a bad explosion? You won’t know unless you follow. This portfolio will either light a fire in our income loving hearts or light a dumpster. Who knows?

You mention youre benefiting from outperformance in AI and semiconductors and conditions are cooperating. When they no longer cooperate, is your strategy to roll into the next thing you believe will outperform? Or are you riding this sector to wherever it takes you?

I see you, but as someone who has been invested in $CHPY since inception, 80% of the entire portfolio is just flying too close to the sun for my risk appetite. I actually had about 55% of my total portfolio in it a couple months back but got cold feet after a small pull back and decided discretion is the better part of valor. Still, love the hustle. Keep it up. My sole advice would be to try and keep it all your money so if it does a 40% drop in 2 months you won't be margin called + out half your portfolio.
