I can't wait to watch this. I'm using all of my distributions now in my 40's. I'm also using a PLOC through Wealthsimple to boost my investing power. I love how income investing is a way of life now and not just retirement. It is completely adjustable to individual goals. It allows me to be able to stay home with my son and also bring in cash flow.

Looks like everyone is using margin to get ahead. Nice when things go up. Not so nice when things go down and you are stuck holding a bagger.
