Purpose Lowers Risk Ratings on Four Yield Shares ETFs
Purpose Investments has lowered the risk ratings of four Yield Shares ETFs following a periodic review under Canadaβs standardized fund risk methodology. The Purpose Shopify (SHOP) Yield Shares ETF moves from High to Medium-to-High, while the Purpose Dollarama (DOL), Couche-Tard (ATD) and Brookfield (BN) Yield Shares ETFs each move from Medium-to-High to Medium.
The changes took effect September 3 and do not reflect any changes to the fundsβ investment objectives, strategies or management.

1832 Files Seven ETFs Across Systematic Equity and Asset Allocation
1832 Asset Management has filed to launch three Dynamic Systematic ETFs and four Scotia asset-allocation ETF portfolios.
Dynamic Systematic Canadian Equity ETF (DSCA, 0.20%) targets Canadian large caps; Dynamic Systematic International Equity ETF (DSI, 0.30%) targets developed markets outside the U.S. and Canada; and Dynamic Systematic U.S. Equity ETF (DSAM, 0.25%) targets U.S. large caps. All use disciplined quantitative, multifactor models to select stocks and manage portfolio risk versus market cap-weighted benchmarks, systematically overweighting or underweighting securities within defined risk constraints.
Scotia Conservative ETF Portfolio (SBCN, 0.15%) targets 40% equities/60% fixed income; Scotia Balanced ETF Portfolio (SBBL, 0.15%) targets 60%/40%; Scotia Growth ETF Portfolio (SBGR, 0.15%) targets 80%/20%; and Scotia All-Equity ETF Portfolio (SBEQ, 0.15%) holds 100% equities. Equity exposure may span global markets.
Lysander Files Mid- to Large-Cap Canadian Equity ETF
Lysander Funds filed for the Lysander-Triasima Canadian Equity Fund β ETF Series (LTCE CN), carrying a 0.60% management fee. The fund will invest primarily in a diversified portfolio of equity securities issued by mid- to large-capitalization companies listed on Canadian stock exchanges, providing investors with broad exposure to established Canadian companies.
Global X Files Seven 1.33x Leveraged Single-Stock PowerStock ETFs
Global X has filed for seven PowerStock ETFs offering 1.33x leveraged exposure with currency hedging:
Alphabet (GOOP)
Amazon (AMPZ)
Apple (AAPP)
NVIDIA (NVDP)
SK Hynix (SKHP)
SpaceX (SPCP)
Tesla (TSLP)
The ETFs will likely generate leverage through cash borrowing and may invest in equities, interest-bearing accounts, T-bills and other instruments. They may also use futures, options on futures, forwards, swaps, and options on securities and indices, or combinations of these instruments.
Each ETF will charge a 0.15% management fee.
