For the people who don't know, Enbridge transports oil and provides heating and electricity. And, since winter is approaching, everybody will need more heating which will increase the bills for the gas. I don't know about everybody else but my house uses enbridge and that's what I'm going off of. I own a bit of enbridge and I'm adding more to my position because it pays an amazing dividend and, it's down 16% in the past 6 months. Lmk in the comments your opinion on Enbridge and if you're going to buy!

It is a very good dividend paying com but 2 things I wanna add here: very sensitive to interest rates and might move sothwards the market is anticipating rates to go up for next 3- 4 Qs. 2nd it always drops right before dividend record date. I am holding some but it will be a long term holding for me or if it gives me over 25% return

Historically, share price has not been affected by winter months.

Although I agree - I will point out what others have mentioned - tied the super El Niño season- expect warmer than normal weather for large parts of Enbridge’s service area, which may cause a less pronounced winter cashflow boost. I own it and will scoop up more shares as I continue to build my positions. I think it’s a solid company with good prospects.
