Today is pay day, and I continue to be very happy with this portfolio. If you look at last week, my portfolio balance is higher. Not only has it recovered the dividend, the portfolio is appreciating along with the market Semiconductors have been on an unprecedented run along with AI stocks, and that is why this portfolio is doing well. I deliberately chose this sector for this strategy because I think it can support these large distributions for a long time. Since I am currently using them to pay my bills during a career pivot, I'd say I have been very lucky that the market has behaved the way it has. This week, the trailing 12-month yield is 39.26% and the yield on cost is 46.75%. My portfolio's NAV return (which does not count dividends) is currently 18.38%. Every holding I have, including my newest position, YRAM, is up in both total return and NAV return. My portfolio consists of $CHPY , $YRAM , $DRMY and $GPTY. I have been putting money aside to start a small position in $VGTX when it launches on 10/6/26. Over time, this will lower my trailing yield and yield on cost, since its IV is lower than semiconductors', but I have always really liked VGT, so I am okay with that. I will be buying VGTX when my semi positions are up as I build out the position. I am also still building out my positions in YRAM and DRMY. CHPY is going to stay where it is for a while, since it's already about 80% of my portfolio. That will change in November/December, when I deposit $15,000 into my brokerage and split it among the other ETFs in the portfolio. Follow me to see how long I can pull this off! You all can take bets, but I want to be the house so I profit either way.

CHPY is 3rd largest holding, and I'm loving it. I plan to buy more if it ever gets low enough. It also provides decent premium for selling calls and puts.
