Outside of doing the podcast with Moe, I've just been chilling. The house I bought for $680k in March 2024 is a townhouse. The unit on the other side just sold for $890k. As it turns out, I was NOT late to the party. I'm looking forward to renewing my mortgage in March, hopefully bringing that monthly payment down. ;) I've been nerding out with GPT and Claude on a variety of interests. They can do a lot more than just produce slop these days. As for upcoming big expenses, I'm planning another cruise. Not sure where yet, but different members of my family have expressed interest in something centered around South America or South Africa. If you have suggestions, let's hear them!
