$META had a really solid quarter, with the stock up over 5% following a clean Q3 beat and raise. Revenue came in at $64.6B with EPS at $3.83 (beating $3.57 expectations). More importantly, ad momentum heading into Q4 looks strong, with guidance coming in at $74.5B at the midpoint versus the $73.57B consensus. What caught my eye though: they’re setting up a new class of non-voting shares to fund their AI roadmap. CapEx for FY26 is getting trimmed/narrowed to $135B–$145B, so the AI spending spree isn't slowing down anytime soon, but they’re finding distinct ways to resource it. A never sell stock for me, and only to be added to on pullbacks and drawdowns.
