I posted the news earlier this morning. BUT as of 45 minutes ago, after 6 LADDER SELLS into the $ATH price rising above the announced agreed buyout price of $12.00 from $CVE of ATH, my 45 month journey with what was my biggest investment success of my investing life ENDED. And... while I predicted a year ago after CVE bought MEG and said ATH is on the top of the list to be one of the next big Canadian buyouts (likely it being CVE since ATH and CVE already were in a JV with each other for 2 years), I really am more disappointed and sad about the news than I am excited about the cash that was realized today which i must now find new investments targets for. CVE agreed to buy at $12... but honestly... like was the case with MEG... ATH had a far brighter future on stock price than $12! From what their plans were and with NO DEBT... and printing money each day, many analysts like Eric Nuttel forecasted $20 in their near future. And that will now not be the case. I first found and bought ATH back Jan 5th, 2023 at $2.18. and as you can see from my attached chart on my investing journey with ATH... there were a lot of accumulations... and my often talked about stories and videos about how I used ATH to do structured SWING TRADING on it to really milk out much bigger gains and accumulations... until i reach 30,000 share this summer. I truly loved this stock - even though you are not supposed to love a stock. BUT this one - I did! It never disappointed me. So... when I made my last trade of my last 5000 shares at $12.15... it was with a heavy heart that I lost my fave child in my portfolio. It was my LARGEST position in my entire portfolio by far. AND... where I could say before today that I was a HYBRID investor... as of now ... I am now almost a pure INCOME INVESTOR... 98% INCOME... 2% GROWTH. For those that got into ATH because of my journey - I I hope it paid off for you all too. No one should follow someone else's investment decisions without researching yourself. But if you did you would have seen what I saw... and congrats to you too!

I also had quite a journey. Got in super early but never end up stocking up… it was awesome while it lasted.
