@retired well done. Fortunately, I feel the same. We can’t say we live FIRE, since we retired in our mid-fifties. So while we’re not technically “young”, we are the first of all of our friends to have both retired. We are hybrid investors, and live off of our eligible tax efficient dividends in our non-registered account and top off with withdrawals from our RRSP accounts that essentially holds $XUU but migrating to $XEQT over time. However, I still watch our accounts like a hawk! I think it may be that way for the rest of our lives! @retired did you ever post your story? How you retired early? I would have enjoyed hearing it.
