$9000 lost this week. Volitility is the price to play the game. Being 100% equity regardless if its indexes or not it still majorly Volitility. You cant escape it, I dont try to. Also holding money on the sides to take advantage of situations like this is a pretty suboptimal practice. With all that in mind the only thing I really have control over in times like this is how much popcorn 🍿 I will make when watching the market do its thing. So far im almost $13000 off my highs thats a pretty small price to pay all things considered. https://youtu.be/aqOGSi-xpWs?si=BcD5fIRxPQqecIc5

Why is it suboptimal to keep cash on side? Because it generally does better invested?

I'm happy with reaching all-time highs, but I'll realistically view the performance of the portfolio (as a whole) year-to-date. I'm still up by 20% this year (YTD). That's plenty enough for me. Glad you're doing well as well.

Me too. Down $9000 and I just started 3 months ago. Beginning to question my decision. (As I keep hearing that 90% of Adrianos income comes from sponsorship) if that’s the case we’re all doomed 😢

13 000 off the highs hurts but considering the size of your portfolio not too bad . I think I’m down about 4,500 off my highs but my portfolio is only 115,000 at the moment
