Another portfolio rebalance today. I decided to fully exit $FUBO and tax-loss harvest the position. At this point, I think the thesis is broken. The merger has not done what I hoped it would, I have not seen the leadership or transparency I want from management, and the path to sustainable cash flow still does not look strong enough to justify holding. There have been too many unanswered questions and not enough execution for me to keep giving the position more time just because the stock is down. The loss can help offset gains elsewhere this year, and it also frees up more cash for potential $UBER or $NFLX buys on weakness. I would rather redeploy into companies where I have much higher conviction.

Im new so im guessing this is to owe less taxes and how long did you hold? What else made you think it wasnt worth the hold?
