I’m currently 29 and I have an aggressive goal to reach $1M invested by the time I’m 40. I currently have about 140K invested and this goal assumes I contribute $1,250 bi-weekly and an annual return of 9% (including the compounding from the regular contributions). I’ve recently learned that the second half of my remaining journey is going to less time than the first half. And that is primarily due to compounding which feels amazing. This is really motivating to see. It will take about 3 years less to reach the same amount for the second half. Wondering if you’ve personally reach a point where your portfolio growth is outpacing your contributions?

Yes, my growth far exceeds my contributions. It’s a very cool feeling, that’s for sure 👍🏻 congratulations on achieving your goals 🙏🏻
