Came across an interesting news release for $VST yesterday around 3:00PM EST. The Trump Administration is reportedly preparing a $4B loan package to help $VST upgrade three nuclear plants. Energy Secretary Chris Wright could announce the funding as soon as Monday. The White House sees expanded nuclear capacity as an important way to power data centres and support growing electricity demand. Data centres need more power and nuclear is becoming a large focus.
