Vital Infrastructure Property Trust

I saw that VITL.UN is within a nickel of its 52-Week Low. Doing a bit of digging around in the news channels, it looks like a "company insider" is accumulating shares:

Kolter Capital, a US real estate development company that already owns 10% of VITL.UN, has also been accumulating shares.

At a current yield of almost 7% (I think it's 6.9%-ish), it might be worth adding to this name.
