At 1,025% return since 10/23/2023, I just trimmed 1 of my 5 remaining contracts in $MP strike $35, expiration 1/15/2026. So 4 left to let run! But what did I do with the proceeds!?!?! I followed in on a nearly $1.7 million UOA (Read KTS #53) into a company that will let homeowners sell their homes themselves on the realtor networks or to institutions. As the pinch on pocketbook gets greater....this is one to watch. 😔 There were many CALL LEAPs here. I chose: 39 CALL contracts for $0.70 per contract on the $1.00 strike with an expiration of 1/15/2027. This MUST be TIMED correctly.....or I will lose big TIME. I have ridiculous gains in $MP CALL LEAPs.....so converting one contract there into 39 contracts here is a GAMBLE that I feel comfortable with following the SMART MONEY. Not for the faint of heart. But somebody knows something......and the housing transactions are about to pick up in a big way. 😉 It all leads to disaster in the end. Enjoy the surf for now. This is the Way! 🏄♂️ 🌊 🏄♀️ 🌊

I just looked at OPEN Call Leap (not sure when you posted this post Beskar) but the contract price is now $9.70. So from when you posted at buying it for $0.70 cents and now this has gone crazy. Don't worry, I'm not buying a ~ $970 contract. ;)
That is a fascinating space- and so many people are tired of the current system. Deeply speculative but something I will keep on the back burner. Thanks
