Hey y’all, I thought it would be fun to start a new series where I look at the ETF portfolios of users across Blossom and run a simulation. The goal is to get a better understanding of what users really hold pass the individual ETFs. I’m starting with the OG Canadian finance YouTuber @brandon first: Brandon’s ETF holdings are roughly $VOO (44%), $ZEQT (39%) and $MCHI (8%). Since the tool only supports Canadian listed ETFs (and also do not support all of them), I found the closest alternatives i.e. $VFV for VOO and $ZCH for MCHI. Here’s where Brandon currently stands for his ETF portfolio: 1. ~70% US, ~10% Canada, and ~10% China exposures 2. Technology is the biggest sector exposure at 30% 3. NVDA is no surprise the largest holdings What do you think of this series? Drop your ETF portfolio below and I may use it in my next post.

This series is such a cool idea, I love seeing what is actually inside the ETFs instead of just the ticker names. The 70% US exposure with NVDA as the top holding is not what I would have guessed from just the fund names. Do you think the China exposure through MCHI is intentional or just a side effect of the all in one funds?
