Honestly, I don’t think this was a bad report at all! A few things really stood out to me: 📈 Recurring revenue up 11%. 📈 Organic recurring revenue up 9%. 📈 Closed sales up 10%. 💰 Returned $311m to shareholders through dividends and buybacks. And let’s not forget the dividend! Broadridge recently announced a 12% dividend increase, marking its 20th consecutive year of dividend growth. That’s the sort of consistency I love seeing in a company. Yes, there were a few weaker numbers, particularly reported EPS, but I think it’s important to look at what’s happening underneath the surface. The recurring revenue growth is encouraging. Overall, I’m pretty happy with these results. I’m not looking for companies to deliver perfect quarters every single time. I want businesses that can continue growing, reward shareholders and increase their dividends year after year. And $BR is certainly ticking a lot of those boxes for me. 👀 What’s everyone else thinking about Broadridge’s results?

the 20 year dividend streak stood out to me, that consistency is reassuring as a beginner

FWIW... While it wasn't a home run, I was satisfied with $BR's earnings & guidance as well and my investment thesis remains in tact.
