I have $MSTE and my avg $5.19. my question is should I really DCA with the hopes of it's going to reach to the earlier levels? or should I DCA so I can at least mitigate my 48% loss in that stock.

Both the reasons are valid to keep DCA into mste, get ready for big gains soon 🚀💰💰💰💰

Its not a loss until you sell, its termed unrealized loss, if you have conviction and stay true to why you invested in MSTE in the first place, I’d be continuing to DCA and capture the dividends while you wait for the price to climb again, as BTC recovers MSTE will follow suit.
