Chips had a rough week after Thursday's OpenAI headline. Software went the other way, and these two were part of it. Palantir rose 10.8% to 209.0. Snowflake rose 8.2% to 368.9. Both closed the week with their short, medium and long-term trends pointing up, and both sit well above their long-term trend line, Snowflake by almost 60%. They also ran fast. From here, the floor on each one is farther away than the next ceiling. On Palantir, the line I'm watching is 202.1, the price it's been balancing around, with the floor at 194.6. On Snowflake, it's 356.6, with the floor at 344.2. Is this the start of a rotation into software, or just a bad week for chips? 🤷🏻♀️ More of these ideas, with the full list and every level, are in my weekly close on the newsletter. For once I caught every single bit of that surge. My first winner 🏆 love it.
