$SPCX closed Friday at 159.0, about 18% above its 135 IPO price, on 119.6 million shares, 27% above its average. Then there's the calendar. SpaceX's lockup unwinds in pieces, and a bigger batch of insider shares is tied to its third-quarter report. The full lockup ends in early December. Every one of those dates hands insiders shares they're free to sell. (The big unlock in August ended up marking a low. Nobody promised the next one would.) The business grew revenue about 92% in its first report as a public company. What I'm watching is supply, and how the stock digests each new batch of it. The board's risk line sits at 143.9. Do you buy the momentum before the Q3 report, or wait to see how it takes the next batch? Not investment advice. 🐝
