AI Boom or AI Bubble?
AI valuations are high, but I’m not convinced this is simply another dot-com bubble.
The internet boom was built around a real technological revolution, but many companies had little revenue or earnings, while valuations ran far ahead of fundamentals.
Today, we’re seeing something different: companies like NVIDIA and TSMC are generating substantial revenue, earnings and cash flow from real AI-driven demand.
That doesn’t mean AI stocks can’t be overvalued. It means the underlying business growth is real — and that’s what makes this cycle interesting.
So, are we looking at a bubble, overvaluation, or the early stages of a much bigger AI cycle?
