I grew up in Markham, and Markville Mall was THE mall I went to growing up. Never would I have imagined that years later, I’d be coming back as a speaker to talk about my investing journey at Moomoo’s event, in the very same mall!! Funny story: when I first started investing, I ONLY bought Canadian stocks because I was too cheap to pay currency conversion fees LOOL 😂 Now, I actually have my RRSP with Moomoo because I invest in a lot of U.S. stocks in that account, and Moomoo offers $0 currency conversion fees!
