AFTER 6 years of discipline and active investments I finally become a house owner 💪🏼 - no more rent to landlord - time to build equity - now i have a Real state investment - 3.9% Fix term for 4 years - downpayment 102k on a 473k mortgage leaves me with a mortgage of 1761 dollars.. I was paying 2300 a month in rent. Huge win there!!! - now i have to start all over again. This time what i have on my side is experience. I will be able to reach out that 100k milestone again soon 💪🏼
