For 2026 I increased my target weight for cash reserves from 1% to 5% and I did hit that target as of late Aug. But I guess after yesterday's complete close out of my largest portfolio holding $ATH , I might be a wee bit over weight on my cash position... :) at 25% Cash position. Yesterday right after closing my ATH position... I already began what is my largest REBALANCE project in the history of my portfolio. I have already had some DEEP conversations with my AI to ensure my rebalancing of this cash is aligned with ALL my portfolio goals, the investments I want in my non-reg account (and those I dont), and how much will be removed from my portfolio for personal reason (aka enjoy some of the rewards from the ATH journey). I will be doing a video on this rebalance effort...
