Something interesting happened in streaming today. Netflix and Disney working together -> I like this move Disney is bringing some of its movies and shows to Netflix, including Ice Age, Percy Jackson and Will Trent. A few years ago, streaming felt like everyone was trying to keep their content locked inside their own platform. Now we’re seeing competitors realize that sometimes working together can make more sense. I think this can be positive for both $NFLXand$DIS Netflix gets more recognizable content for its huge audience, while Disney can make money licensing older content and use Netflix’s reach to introduce more people to franchises that still lead back to Disney+. They are still competitors, but they don’t necessarily have to compete on everything. https://www.reuters.com/business/media-telecom/disney-licenses-lineup-movies-tv-shows-netflix-including-ice-age-will-trent-2026-10-02/ I actually like this direction for streaming. Would you rather see more content shared between platforms like this?
