For the past 3 years I was averaging 2-5K in my chequing account. Working as a Realtor, it could take years until you find success While holding my license, I was applying to hundreds of jobs a week. Nothing Finally, 2026 started showing good signs. I hustled HARD. Long calls, long drives, hundreds of showings & was able to do my best year yet. From a 2-5K size bank account to now over 100k The only people that lose are the ones who give up, so don’t.

Congrats. I own rental property in 2 different areas and I’m looking to buy more. Here is a question I have. As a realtor, would you suggest owning a rental property that appreciates 15% a year, but nets only 1% of income. Or a rental property that nets 10% a year in income but doesn’t appreciate. Also, I don’t need the cash. All profits would be reinvested.
