Microsoft to spend $7.5 billion on AI data centre expansion with pledge to protect Canada’s “digital sovereignty” this & other data centres being made around the world need a lot of electricity! Nuclear is the only source powerful enough. I bought $CCO for this reason last year. EVERY LAYER OF THE NUCLEAR TRADE IS NOW LOCKED TOGETHER • Upstream: Uranium miners and fuel processors — $CCJ , $UUUU, $LEU — supply the raw nuclear fuel that powers the whole ecosystem. • Midstream: Reactor and SMR developers — $SMR , $OKLO , $BWXT, $NNE — turn that fuel into real, deployable nuclear capacity. • Downstream: Utilities — $NEE, $VST, $TLN, $CEG — convert that capacity into actual grid power. All three layers move in sync now because electricity is the new choke point for the AI boom. If utilities can’t deliver the megawatts, new data centers simply won’t hit full utilization. I think Canadian utilities like $TA$BEP-UN $H$FTS will also benefit from electricity demand Not advice please do your research.

I’m personally holding NXE as a long term hold, located right here in Saskatchewan 🇨🇦 and sitting on a Huge supply of some the highest grade uranium in the world and have yet to go into production but things are looking bright, totally agree that nuclear is the future, and the truth is sooner or later we do need an alternative from fossil fuels and to be frank nuclear is really the only hyper efficient option, definitely going to buy more under next years contribution room
